Help editing msstyles files

Hi All,

I'd like to know how to change the thickness of the title bar in an
msstyles file, so far I've managed to use ResEdit to change the look
of it, but its still thin and id like it to be thick

Right click your desktop and click properties then select
Appearance/Advanced and play around in there.
