Help Doesn't Work

I'm trying to use the MS Office Small Business Customer Manager, but while
the product itself seems to work, Help doesn't. I can't even get the Help to
work from the Install CD. When I click the Help button(s) in the product,
nothing happens. I explored the CD, and there are a lot of .hlp files, but I
can't figure out which one might work. I'm using Office 2000 Professional
with Win XP. I'm trying to see if this product will replace ACT 2005, which
is not meeting my needs. Can anyone tell me how to get the Help to work, or
which, if any, of those .hlp files would be the one I need?

BCM is an Office 2003 product.

I am afraid you are looking at the support forum for a wrong product. Now
would be a great time to upgrade to Office 2007, which is going to be
released soon. You can download the beta version of it for almost free.
