Help: disappearing mouse pointer

Hi,

I have:

Radeon 9000 AIW
Windows XP
latest version of all ATI software
latest bios

When I bring up Guide Plus, all looks fine. However if I keep the mouse
over the listings for a bit it disappears. If I run the mouse over the TV
screen, it re-appears and I can run it over the listings. However, if I let
it sit abit, the whole process repeats.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I've been having this problem too.

It seems to be related to the Remote Control software as the problem was not
there when I was running everything without the remote software installed
(mouse was fine in listings).
I suspect that the problem is that with the remote installed the TV screen
always open "full screen" and that makes the controls (and mouse) disappear.
I don't have a solution as yet though :(

Strange......

I updated my listings this morning and now the mouse seems to be working
just fine again!?
Give it a try and see what happens to you.
