Help Desk Remote Assistance

I am trying to get add the ability to have my Help desk
directly attach using Remote assistance. I have made the
group policies and applied them, EWhen I execute the
program to help it finds the machine and the user but then
I get disconnected. Do I have to set someting on the
local machine?
 
Look at these KB articles for help with the "Offer" feature. I believe you should look closely at
the "Solicited" policy, which I believe has to be enabled...
