Help deleting infected files

I have located and deleted all the infected files after being backdoored by
Trojan.Glitch.B. I also took care of cleaning up the registry. However, all
files are still in the recycling bin. If I delete them from the recycling
bin will they still be able to reinfect the computer? Should I use some
program that actually destroys the files? If so, what is your
recommendation?

Dump the trash bin (recycler). If this is WinME or WinXP read the following URL
