Help converting a C program to VB.NET or VFP

Hi all,


I need a C programmer to help me out convert the single file attached to either VB.NET or VFP.



Does anybody know any C programmer that can do this kind of conversion?

Just for my own curiousity, why? This is a TCP socket server application.
It could certainly be done in VB.NET, but Visual FoxPro would be a terrible
choice for this.
 
Hi Tim,

I am a VFP developer which is learning VB.NET and knows nothing about C
language. The may application in which this program will be use is created
in VFP.
