What OS is PC 3. In order for this solution to work it will need to be
either Windows NT 4.0, 2000, or 2003 with RRAS installed, running and
configured. Windows XP will not act as a router in your
configuration. Once way you could configure it to route would be to
turn on ICS, but this is meant for sharing an Internet connection and
will not give you the full functionality you need. You could also get
rid of the 192.169.2.0/24 network and make this network the same as the
other and then Bridge the 2 nics together.
I would suggest connecting Router2 to Router1 and have these 2 devices
route between the 2 networks.
