HELP!computer auto retstart and blue screen when start up!

help!!!
i dont know what happen to my computer, it will now appear a small dark blue screen and auto shutdown itself. and even when i shutdown my computer properly and on it again after that, it will appear a blue screen saying that i didnt shut down properly and need to check my disk.

and when i open up a folder, something will pop up and close my folder.it show

Please turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer, turn System Restore back on and create a restore point.



If you get/have any BSOD, please post the full error message.

hey i follow your step but it seem like nothing have change

when i restart the computer, it still show blue screen saying that

one of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. you may cancel the diskcheck but it is strongly recommended that you continue.
windows will now check the disk
volume serial number is 320D-180E
windows is verifying files and folder
The size of the \recycled\DC22\header.swf etry is not vaild

and when i click on folder, it still show that Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. and it will close my folder before i can click on the file inside

please help
 
Well you don't seem to have a virus problem ... maybe it's the hard drive, or memory, or a corrupted MS file or two.

header.swf ... is a Flash file, dunno what DC22 is or why it's in the bin.
