Help! code fails in Access 2000

I have an Access application, in 2000 format. I've been
making several changes in Access 2002. I tested the app
on an box with Windows ME (Spanish) and Access 2000
(English).

I'm receiving several error messages related to two
specific code functions: trim and Date(). For example,
forms and reports that use "Trim" will not open. Also,
any field that uses Date() returns a #name? error.

The code compiles in both 2000 and 2002 and functions
well on computers that have both 2000 and 2002 installed,
running well under either version.

Any clues as to what's going on?
