Help cleen up dns

I wounder how 2 client can have the same ip-adresses in
the reverse lookup zones? it is in the in-addr.arpa ther
they share the same host ip number...and how I can cleen
up the ptr record?
I have try to take " scavenge stale resourse record" and
allso "Set aging/for all zones"
please help!!

Keep scavenging turned on, and take a look at this article if the zone is AD
