Help: Changed icon for System in Control Panel

The normal icon for this application is a little blue computer. I
noticed the other day that somehow it has been changed so that it is
now a little red computer with a symbol on the screen.

Only the small icon has been changed (eg: when displaying as a list) -
the large icon is unchanged.

I have checked the icons stored in Sysdm.cpl and these are unchanged.
So I assume that (somehow?) the registry has been hacked to change the
default icon for sysdm.cpl.

How can I change it back to the default icon (ie: where is the
registry key) ?
