HELP- Can't Send mail

I use Outlook 03 for years- No problems- I can receive mail but it won't send mail- It just sits in the outbox out times out when sending- get the usual type error message-

PLEASE help- anyone.....?

So what changed between the time you could send mail and the time you
couldn't....
 
Barry, I have the same problem. I use Outlook '03 and have for quite some
time. Some days it is fine, but other times sent messages sit in the Outbox.
The only way I get them to send is to restart my computer. Just closing
Outlook and reopening it doesn't work. I am not aware of any recent changes
to my computer, but this has only been happening for the past 3 weeks.
Another girl in my office has the same problem. It is really frustrating.
