HELP! Can't get pop-ups to appear!

All of a sudden, my computer won't allow popup messages.
When I load a page that I know has a pop-up, it flashes on
then the popup disappears, and I hear a loud buzzing
noise! Anyone know how to fix this?? Thanks in advance for
help....
 
It seems like you have some kind of popup blocker software installed that is
busting all the pop up window. If so, you need to remove this software in
order for the pop ups to start working again.
