Help cant download in IE6 - How to delete settings / reinstall

Help I cant download in IE6 SP1 using win 2k

have rolled back to IE 5.5 and this seems to work

I think the privacy or trusted sited settings have messed this all up

How can I delete all previous settings

I have reinstalled IE6 SP1 after rolling back to IE5.5 and I get the same
problem

I have also noticed some ads on the lower right dont display on the
download page at http://www.tucows.com/preview/306829.html

I have turned off all firewall and virus stuff

So once again how can I delete all previous settings or uninstall IE from
WIN 2k without bringing back all the settings when I reinstall IE6 SP1
