Bubey

I get the following error msg when try to download
a CSV file off the web and save to Excel file.

It keeps downloading onto a web page format???

"Microsoft Excel cannot access the file
'http://www.bankonlinebanking.org/account/histdownload.asp?"

This is in an error window. There is no selection
of either
save or run. Just an OK button which then takes
me to
the web page where the statement information is
showing up.

I was always able to do this when I used Win98SE
with no
problem so thought it would be the same with XP
Pro sp2.

Any help would be appreciated..........Thanks

Not prompted to save .csv file after download:

Thank You so much Ramesh for the answer. I've
been looking
for this for a couple of weeks. I know I posted
this before, but
one suggestion did not work and one did but of
course I lost the
one that worked.
