I purchased a GFOrce FX 5500 PCI 128MB DDR graphics card, which I have no
problem installing. When I put in the installation CD, nothing. It is not
recognized. Found out my graphics card is integrated and I cannot figure out
how to disable it. I was told either flip a switch on my motherboard or
disable it on my start menu. Cannot find anywhere to do it. Any help?

Normally found in CMOS settings. Look for a message similar to "Press
Delete to enter Setup" on one of the EARLY screens of you startup. The
exact screen content and key to enter setup / CMOS configuration varies
with different motherboard models and manufacturers. This is a function
of your motherboard and NOT under the operating system's control. These
settings are NOT normally accessable once the operating system has loaded.

If it can't be disabled in the bios as suggested you may need to switch a
jumper on your motherboard. Best thing is to research your motherboard or
contact the computer maker to find out exactly what needs to be done.
