Help cannot add bookmarks

I have windows XP home addition and the profile for my daughter is not
allowing me to add any bookmarks to favorites. It used to work and it used
to have some bookmarks but now when I click on add or organize it does not do
anything. Everyone else's profile is fine when they log in they are able to
do this. Anybody have any tips on how to fix it??

Clearing the TIF Cache -
Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files

Favorites not working

Tools - Internet Options - Programs - Reset Web Settings

This is most likely due to corrupt InternetShortcut or http file
association. "Reset Web Settings" fixes this symptom. Another option is to
run the command "regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll" from Start/Run dialog.
