Help - Can I share a group of contacts?????

Hello - I would like to set up several groups for Admin,
Dept. Managers, etc. I set the groups up on my pc and
obviously when I try to access those groups from another
pc, they are not available. How can I share groups so
anyone can access them without having to add one at each
wokstation?
 
Then you can ask your administrator to create mailgroups for your department
or even your own Address List on the server.
