HELP! Can I go back to yahoo?

I was wondering if I can send all of my emails back to yahoo? I have about
3,000 and I need them. I just started using this windows mail and I hate it!
 
Hi,
You and I are in the same boat. I did the chat thing with HP and they told
me I would have to foward every email back to myself so it would show up in
my yahoo account and that was the only way.
If you find out anything different, please let me know.
