Help Blind Carbon Copy causing problems with emails??

Dear All , I sent a letter asking a group that when they
sent bulk email letters that they use the 'Bcc', which
they did but they claimed that this below happened , Can
any one explain if this is possible just by using Bcc????

by "Bcc" to avoid spam and viruses and did exactly that
and it brought down my hotmail completely. I have since
been unable to reply to any incoming mail from my hotmail
account. It may be a compliance issue with an older
version of Internet explorer I'm using however the timing
was as outlined.
 
How much is bulk to you? There are limits for the number of people you can
address with just one mail to prevent spam. Since you are talking about
Hotmail I suggest that you cantact them and ask whether they locked the
account to prevent even more "spam".
