I have a problem, and is there anybody who could help me.
I wanted to create a chart out of two columns, date and data,
but in one part of columns (data column) i got green border
and i cant get any data from that green square in the chart.
Data in blue "square" that are below this green "square" are visible in
chart.
Thanks in advance.

You have me baffled. The color of the cells and borders should have nothing
to do with your ability to chart the contents. More info? Why are the
cells colored? Do you get an error? Can you describe the appearance of the
resulting chart?

The green square is where Excel is guessing that your series label is.
If this is a line chart, the following steps will fix this:

1. Select the chart, and choose Chart>Source Data
2. Select the Series tab
3. In the Series box, change the reference to include the cell in the
green square. For example, change: =Sheet1!$B$2:$B$15
to: =Sheet1!$B$1:$B$15
4. If necessary, change the Category (x) axis labels to match.

Or, you may want to create an XY scatter chart, with a line subtype,
instead of a line chart.

Some of the numbers that you pasted in were being treated as text,
instead of a number. If it happens again, you can do the following, to
change the data to numbers:

1. Select a blank cell, and copy it
2. Select the cells that contain the pasted numbers
3. Choose Edit>Paste Special
4. Choose Add, click OK.
