Help! audio driver enable, but unable to start

had already installed the driver listed by the update pages, but still doesn't startup my audio devices.
had checked no conflict nor uncompatibility.
the drivers detail say "driver is enabled but has not been started"

Pls help Thank You
 
I have exactly the same problem with onboard AC97 sound (gigabyte m/board)
Using latest drivers etc etc

Can anyone help us?

There can be a lot of reasons..but #1 is are they signed drivers?
