Buy another power supply. The main capacitor in the power supply
just blew. Pray that it didn't send a killer transient into the
motherboard.

Post back what brand and model number the PS was, for the benefit
of those shopping for a supply.

A capacitor exploded. Most likely in the power supply, but could be in
the motherboard. Try a new power supply first. It's possible that it
could have taken out LOTS of stuff (motherboard, CPU, RAM, disk drives),
and it's also possible that there was no "collateral damage" of any kind
at all.
