Help and trouble shooting

I am new to all this, I would like to get my lap top back to how i first
bought it. how can i do this without erasing my photoes that are stored. My
windows start up i would like to change back. Also when i go into help and
support, trouble shooting it shows can not display the page. How can i get
these pages to display?

Depending on your laptop vendor you may be able to do a "non-destructive
recovery" via the recovery media disks or you may want to do a repair
installation.
