Help and Support

When I go to Help and Support, type, a word in the search
bar, I get, for example, 21 results found with a box
labeled Full-text Search Matches (5 results), and a box
labeled Microsoft Knowledge Base (15 results). Sometimes
when I click on the boxes they open and I can look at the
listed results. Other times, and more frequently, when I
click on the boxes to see the results, nothing happens.
Can anyone tell me how to get the boxes to open
consistently and every time I try? Thank you, Robert

Hmmmm; maybe you didn't realize some of those hits were at
Microsoft's web site and you don't wait for the sites to
open? You do have to click that section to bring those
choices into focus too, BTW.
