Help and Support

Hello. I'm having some trouble starting the Windows Help and Support.

The first time I started it up, I recall selecting the option to use Online
support. Now I cannot fully open the Help and Support app. I get an error
stating that it cannot download the file "/" from "Help". Then the Help and
Support window just hangs. Apparently, in order to change to offline help, I
need to change an option in the Help and Support window...go figure. I
believe I found the registry key to change, but I am unable to edit the key
(not even in Safe mode).

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your time.
