It re-associates the .xml file type to its default settings. A recent
installation of a program may have "stolen" the .xml association.

Underneath it is a download dialog trying to download something.
Any suggestions on a fix? I'm pretty sure it has to do with the installs
but
does anyone have a workaround because I need to use these apps.
