Help and Support

When I click on Help or Help and Support anywhere in Vista I get the message
" Internet Explorer cannot download " and a blank download box. Any
suggestions?

All internet connections and programs including networking 3 computer works
great. My only problem is with Help and Support. Thanks for replying.

The same problem: "Internet Explorer cannot download / from help".
Internet connection is just fine, and, for example, the Office Online help
works perfectly. It looks like I've got the permanent "help problem" after
I've triggered the help system to use offline help (I don't remember exact
names or anything, just the idea). Is there a way to switch it back to online
help (which is working slow but at least working!)

I see many people meet the same problem and ask here and there, but nobody
looks to get a working reply :(
