help and support

I have never been able to get any answers or help with
problems from microsoft or hp since owning this hp. So I
just put up with the problems. Does anyone else have this
problem. Theron Palmer
 
From my experience HP has a very good website for Support but you have
to be sort of Computer savvy to use it.
The same for MS, but I have never dealt with them on the phone except
once way back when I needed my Product ID
Key for Win98. They were very good about helping me then.
 
The help from company websites tends to presuppose
knowledge on the part of the user - which makes it hard
for a beginner to find what they're looking for. I've had
better success resolving issues in community newsgroups
like this one.

What problems?
