Help and Support

I've lost access to the above. When I click on Start /
Help and Support, nothing happens. The egg timer shows
briefly alongside the mouse pointer, but nothing else
happens. Anybody any idea of how to recover, or where to
go for assistance?

Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work:
Click Start then select Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
Click Ok
Wait until you get the message it has been successful.

1) Check that your Help and Support Service in Administration
Tools is running and in autostart.

If none of the previous work.. try it this way..

To reinstall Help and Support: Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf.
Right click and choose install. Have your CD handy.
