Help and Support slow to load for some users

Help and Support takes about 2 minutes to start when I activate it in my main user profile on my XP pro machine. Once is loads, it works fine, until you try to return to the first screen (i.e. by using the Back button). Then it takes another 2 minutes to load again. This behaviour only occurs in the profile I use most often on this computer. When I log on as a different user, Help and Support loads fine.

If you've run Toni Arts Easy Cleaner on your XP installation, and allowed it
to delete what it found in the registry, then your Help and Support will not
run. Easy Cleaner deletes the values of 2 necessary Registry keys. See my
web site, www.dougknox.com and go to the Windows XP section. Follow the
appropriate link for Fix Window XP Help. This small VB Script will repair
the damage done by Easy Cleaner. Note: other Registry cleaning programs
cause the same problem.

Ok, thanks. Tried both and only got the hourglass for a
second or less.
