"Help and Support" Service is missing

I can't access Help and Support. The message says to turn on the
Service - but I can't find it under Services. How can I get it back?

I should have added that I use XP Pro.

First verify you are not suffering a malicious software infection:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.

See if the inforamtion in this link applies to your situation:

If that doesn't do it report back with additional information
including your Windows SP (Service Pack) number.

No Malware and the helpsvc.htm worked perfectly. Thanks very
