Help and Support not working

Just installed XPpro over a clean W98se install.
Everything seems fine (usual network setup sweats) but
clicking on the 'Help and Support' button does nothing.
The HDD does respond but no other feedback or error
message at all. Clicking the HELP option at the top of
most windows similarly fails. Have run a check on all
installed system files but no errors reported.

Awesome! Thanks. I had the hardest time finding anything about
this subject in the MS Knowledge Base or on the 'net in general.
