help and support missing or removed files

when in help and support using sys tool to view syst info wont finish to a
100% and says generic failure can anyone help please thanks
 
Can you give me a little more information about your error the Help and
Support Center? What is the exact text in the error message?

Another thing we can try is to look at the information on your computer via
MSInfo instead of through the Help and Support Center. Here's how:

Click Start, Run, and type "msinfo32" (w/o the quotes) and press <ENTER>
MSInfo should start up and display information regarding your system. If it
does not, let me know and I will invetigate further.
