help and support index

The Help and Support index is missing. From where can this be reinstalled?

Right-click on START. Click PROPERTIES. Click START MENU tab. Click CUSTOMIZE... Click ADVANCED tab. Look down to Start Menu Items: and make sure Help and Support box is checked.

Box is checked. I can open "help and support" but still no index.

i checked and could not find an option to add or remove the INDEX from Help and Support. When I typed "index" in the search box a link comes up on right side if screen for the index.
