Help and Support Error(My Comp Info)

I am having problems when I use the help and support
centre. In My Computer Information when I click on Find
information about hardware installed on this computer it
will only go to 9% and then I get an error saying
that 'all.part2' is null or not an object. Also when
logging in it sometimes locks up on the login screen and
then when I ctrl+alt=del it will go to the desktop and
say that windows could not find 'copy'. Any help here
would be great.
