That script is designed to restore the missing registration settings to
launch Help and Support. If just the index is missing try this:
1. Close Help and Support Center if it is open.
2. Open a cmd window (Start - Run then type CMD in the run line)
3. Type "cd %windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries" <enter> (without quotes)
4. Type "start /w helpsvc /install" <enter> (without quotes)
5. Relaunch Help and Support Center

Note that step 4 may take a few minutes. This command rebuilds the
HelpCenter database and index.
