Help and Support Center not working in start menu

When going into the Start menu then click on help and support nothing happens. Is there any way to fix this? or do I have to do a reinstall? Also what could cause this to happen? all windows updates are done and everything else works just great.

Thank you very much. It seems to have solved the problems. Tha only thing is that Easy cleaner was never run on this machine. Could we have another program causing the same problems

OK, I have the same problem and I did even more, I reinstall Help using
pchealth.inf file. And it helped, but my happiness was premature. When I
turn on my computer next day everything return: Help does not work! What do
I have to do now?

OK, I have the same problem and I did even more, I reinstall Help using
pchealth.inf file. And it helped, but my happiness was premature. When I
