When I click on the help and support button from the start menu I get a blank
box that says Help and support, a down load window saying 'Getting
information from / help' (like a down load file window) and an error message
saying 'Internet Explorer cannot download / from help.' and 'Internet
explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is
either unavailiable or cannot be found. Please try again later.'
A minor annoyance as I cannot use the help files.
BTW I am using Home Premium.
