Help and support button

Using windows xp home edition all updates are installed.I
had a probelem with the help and support button on the
task bar it would not load so I reinstalled xp and it
woked for a week or so well I have the same problem again
the Help and Support does not load when I click on the
button on the task bar

Any help out there
