anyone help me please?

Hello
I am guessing that you are connecting by modem
If this is correct, all you have to do is Uninstall the software that the gave you, then go to my network places and delete
the dial up connection there
Reboot the system, and re-install the software that they provided, when the internet connection wizard comes up
make sure that you choose the "this connection is for anyone that uses the computer" and not the "Me only" which is the default selection
Boom, Everyone has access to the internet
Welcome.

no im on broadband ntl

Log In as your son
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the tools button at the top
Click on internet options
Click on the connections tab
Click on LAN SETTINGS button toward the bottom right of the window
If you have an "ALWAYS ON" internet connection (Like Road Runner
Just check the "Automatically Detect Settings" Button and hit apply
Click OK and type www.microsoft.com in the address bar and hit go
If you are using a DSL service that requires you to Login With User ID and Pass you can enter it on the LAN SETTINGS configuration page described above
However, if it is DSL they usually require a Manual connection that you would find in your "Network Places
In which case, you will have to login as you, go to Network Places, right click on the connection, left click on Properties, and in the general settings make it available to anyone using the Computer
Welcome! :-)

done that but after 15mins still not display page
so still not solved it
