Help. All of my files will search when i try to open

When i attempt to open any file on my computer like Program Files windows
will search the file for its contents, however when i right click i get open.
Ill list from the top what is on the window when i right click First,
Search... it is bold and underlined which means it will do that when i open
the file, then there is open (what i want it to do) and lastly explore. Will
anybody please tell me how to get my files to open by double clicking instead
of rightclicking and selecting open... Trust me this geys VERY annoying. PLZ
