Help all I get is a blank screen with Unknown Zone??

I'm really hoping someone out there can help me. I'm not that experienced
with computers. I have Windows XP Home Ed. and Internet Explorer 6. I have
been trying to place an order online and everytime I click the link to open a
new page with the form to fill out, all I get is a blank screen and it says
Unknown zone at the bottom of the screen. What is Unknown Zone? I had no
problems with this a couple days ago. Any suggestions would be helpful.
