[Help] Adding Special Folder

I need some help adding a special folder to My Computer
the following reg file did not add the Folder as hoped.

I have no idea.
Please state what it is you would like to accomplish.
I suspect there are better simpler ways to get it done.

I am trying to add my own folder to My Computer like the folders U would
find in this location normally. If U try to add a folder to this location U
will find that U cant. I also want to apply these changes so that other
users with admin rights will not be able to delete this folder so that I can
store daily system logsin the root ot the system. I believe I say this tweak
in some Oreilly boik which I nolonger have access to.

Thx again Mark but this is not quite what I am doing. The link posted deals
with the right click which might fit better in a post I have concerning
"Window's proxy settings" which can be found just below a few posts. There
U will also find one of the keys which stores the info which the program
meantioned in your link most certianlly gets its information from.

Thx again Mark but this is not quite what I am doing. The link posted deals
with the right click which might fit better in a post I have concerning
