Please give me some advice.I want my web site have a domain like
XXX.ioa.com,here XXX is the name of subusers and the address is direct to
www.ioa.com/XXX how could i do it?

Assuming you own IOA.COM you can use services from Verisign, Network
Solutions or anyother domain name register to allow you to add/remove
resource names within your domain.

That would allow you to create any number of ????.IOA.COM entries. The
caveat is most of these services charge per name but there are some free
hosting services out there too. A google search on "free domain name
registers" should help you find one.

You don't need to run your own DNS to do this.

However if you want to run your own DNS you would still need to register
with an Internet authority who would be able to indicated that IOA.COM DNS
names are stored and serviced by an computer at your location. Which means
you need to be running Windows Server or running a non-MS DNS product.

You would also be administratively responsible for all aspects of doing
this.

I have already have the IOA.COM domain name, but I didn't know how to build
the DNS that i needed and how to add/remove domain name dynamicly.
Would you tell me how? Ps:I am just a student who was learning about this.
Thanks.

Hi Archer,

Take a look at www.zoneedit.com they should be able to provide you all the
services you will need to do what you are desiring to do. They also have
good FAQs on DNS and how it works and why you would benefit from using their
services.

Thank you very much!
