I am referencing the past help message I posted. I am still receiving the
blue screens. I have tried to do a lot of things but have yet to find out
why my computer is doing this. I have tested all of my memory and it's
working fine. I did a system summary. All the drivers and other components
of the computer are under 'OK' status. I tried posting the blue screen
messages but they don't come up with anything. I also tried reading the
event view to locate what's going on. The only two things I noticed were
that it would say i'm not able to renew my lease on my ip address and that
helpctr.exe is faulty and a faulting module mshtmled.dll.

Any suggestions cause my knowledge is way past expended!

Once again, it's greatly appreciated!!!

The blue screens are random except for one time. Recently I downloaded a
game from the internet. Everytime I try to open the game, it causes a blue
screen. I have run all types of antiviral and spyware programs so I know it
isn't infected. Plus, the blue screens occurred before this game. Thought
it might be useful.

It doesn't matter if all devices and other components are shown as OK. When
you have a problem such as you describe, it indicates a conflict of some
sort. The place to begin is to check to make sure you have the latest
drivers for your hardware and that your software is up to date. Conflicts
that might be caused by dated drivers or software might not necessarily show
up. In fact, they most likely wouldn't because the conflicts only exist
under certain conditions which then stresses the hardware or software or
pushes it outside system, device or application tolerances.
