Help! 2 Hrs to deadline - Can I see folder on server with Word?

I have 3 computers on a switch running XP Pro. They all
see each fine.

What they want is for the computer acting as the server to
hold all the Word documents in the My Documents folder.

Then have the other two systems set up so that when an
individual opens word on the wokrstations it will show the
My Documents folder that is on the server, showing all the
documents.

What is the best way to perform this operation??

try sharing the server my documents folder then on the
other terminals open word then file / open / the
othercomputer / shared my documents / any document
