Hi-

Never used this newsgroup before, but I am at wit's end.

Been installing all MS security updates...no problems. After last one,
stopped having access to online banking sites (2) and online college
directory. My browser says "0 bit" whereas a fresh install on son's new
computer says "128 bit" as it should, and I am sure this is the problem.
However, even overinstalling IE6.0 doesn't seem to help.

I'd appreciate any help, suggestions you folks might have

Thank you, Henri. The links were right on, and with a little improvising
(thanks to Norton Anti-Virus) I was able to delete the offending dll's and
reload IE6.0. Voila - 128bit encryption is back. I really appreciate the
help.
