hellpp!!!where did my text tool bar goo!:(

ok i was making pictures like i usually do.. and then i was moving the text
tool bar and i accidently moved it to the bottom of the screen and now i cant
click on it.. and when i go to text tool bar i cant click on it and it has a
check mark beside it.. some one please help
 
And we are supposed to know what you are talking about?

Where is the program mentioned?

Type regedit in Start Run, Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Paint
and delete the key. MSPaint will start without any saved settings.
