I am from Glendale, AZ. I have an old (5 years) Dell laptop running XP and just put Microsoft Office Pro 2010 and am trying to get all my information from Outlook Express to Outlook - yeah - lots of luck!! I run PC Security and I have a problem. I am getting a Window Installer screen up all the time. I use task manager to remove it and it pops up again. Don't know what to do. Other than scream. Help, anyone. Please
